Size 19cms x 29cms. Margins extra. Preserved in cut mount. Margins expertly repaired, not affecting the image.
Diver played for Cambridgeshire between 1857 and 1866. In the mid nineteenth century Anderson produced a series of well-observed lithograph portraits of contemporary cricketers. These have always enjoyed a wide popularity and have become collectors' items. Down & West, Sketches at Lord's, no. 35.

No. 3 in the Sketches at Lord's series. Hillyer played for Kent between 1835 and 1853. In the mid nineteenth century Anderson produced a series of well-observed lithograph portraits of contemporary cricketers.
