An account of the tour by R.A. Fitzgerald's team to Canada and USA in 1872. This was only the fifth major cricket tour by an England team. The author, then Secretary of MCC was invited to organise the tour, and his side included W.G. Grace, Lord Harris, A.N. Hornby, A. Lubbock and A. Appleby. According to H.S.
