CHARLES F. PARDON'S BOOK, WITH HIS SIGNATURE OF OWNERSHIP on the preface page. Pardon (1850-1890) was editor of Wisden's Cricketers' Almanack between 1887 and 1890. He founded the Pardon's Reporting Agency in the 1870s. After his death his brother Sydney Pardon became editor of Wisden for 35 years. A review of England v.
