WITH A SIGNED AUTOGRAPH LETTER FROM V.E. WALKER TO W.A. BETTESWORTH REGARDING THIS BOOK laid down on the front endpaper. Written on Walker's notepaper, headed Arnos Grove, Southgate. V.E. Walker (1837-1906) played for Middlesex between 1859 and 1877. He is one of the Walker brothers in this book. A biography of the Walker cricket family who were instrumental in the founding of Middlesex County Cricket Club.
